This is not too great of a picture, but Alan said that I should put on a picture of the bread pudding I made for the latest branch social. It rose up really high like a souffle but then fell in the middle (also like a souffle). It had a very good flavor and even had white chocolate chips in it. You can see them near the middle.

Looks good! Sounds good! I don't really know what bread pudding is though. :)
It's custardy and kind of like rice pudding only with bread cubes rather than rice. This one had the white chocolate chips too. Maybe I'll make it sometime when you come down.
