Dad and I bought this the other day with the idea of playing it when people come down next week. It's not really very Christmasy, but, hey, won't it be fun??

Movie Freak??

At the risk of sounding like a movie freak, we got another movie from Red Box last night and really liked it. It was called "Julie and Julia". Of course I would have changed just a few seconds of dialog to make it perfect. Isn't it almost always that way. Sigh! I would recommend it though. We laughed so much. Meryl Streep was fantastic.

Harry Potter

Like many of you, we purchased the Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. If you haven't seen it yet, we will share with all that are coming down to visit. We watched it tonight. It's a goodie.

Wow, I haven't written anything in quite a while. We did have a branch social a week ago. I'm putting a picture on here of the primary group doing their nativity presentation. It was kind of funny since the little ones that aren't in primary yet kept walking up there and getting in front of everything. Dad and I played a couple of Christmas songs on our dulcimers too, but I didn't end up getting anyone to take a picture, so you're out of luck there. You've seen us with our dulcimers though.

Here's a picture of our Christmas tree too. Can you believe that Salem does not have any tinsel anywhere? Wal-Mart did not order any this year and consequently everyone else has sold out. Oh, well, we'll either do without or we will pick up some in another town before Christmas.

I made this little string of stars to put into Aaron's Christmas box. We mailed it Monday. If you are sending him anything you'd better do it quick; I don't know how long it will take the mission home to get it to him.
