January Christmas

It took us over a month to all get together (well, almost all of us) for our annual family Christmas celebration.  We were supposed to do it the weekend after Christmas but we received a tremendous amount of rain and the roads were all flooded.  Even the Interstates were flooded in several places.  Due to complications in work scheduling we had to go for the end of January.  Unfortunately Aaron wasn't feeling well and Dominic wasn't able to make it either.  I do have some pictures to share.  There were several times when I wished I had my camera handy because I missed some good ones, but you do what you can.  Enjoy!

Dustan was a popular playmate, but talk about being taken for granted.

Sometimes a guy just needs a dad to talk to.

Andrew enjoys a good swing.

Henry enjoys whatever he can find to put in his mouth.

Whitney & Dustan enjoying a quiet moment.

Granddaughters like to hang out together.

We asked Sawyer how old he was.  He was concentrating on getting those fingers right.

Amy set a small artificial tree out for our late Christmas.  Hailey decided it needed decorating.  Note the bristle blocks and bead necklaces.

"Grandpa" and Charlie together again.

Amy & Hailey will be cooking up a storm this week.

Ashlynn is fascinated with the glowing ball.

It was good to see you, family.  Get well, Aaron!
