I AM at home

Alan says that I need to submit a new entry to my blog; he says that according to my last one I am still gone.  Jeanette seems to want me back, but here I am in my own home.  It's been busy since I got home.  I was home one day after Noah's blessing and we went to Columbia; then off to the St. Louis Temple the next two days.  Back home again for one more day; then off to Branson. Three more days at home; tomorrow we go to Columbia again.  We are glad that Karen, Mike, Aaron & Andrew are there for us to visit when we go to the VA in Columbia.  It sure does make for a more enjoyable trip.

I talked to Jeanette today.  She's healing well.  They are in their new, larger, remodeled chapel.  She says it looks great!  Noah is still having some trouble nursing well and still doesn't like sleeping in his bassinet, but he's cute and sweet and growing fast.  He goes to the doctor for his 2 month check-up this Friday.  Can you believe he will be 2 months already?  She looks forward to seeing how much he weighs.  Jeanette's birthday is Tuesday.  Family members, give her a call and wish her a happy birthday!

Branson, by the way, was great again.  It always amazes me the number of terrific LDS family entertainers that are there in Branson.  We saw the Hughes Bro. and SIX.  Both shows were fantastic and very, very energetic.

Six brothers and their families perform
They sing and also use their voices to create the instumental parts.
Hughes Bro. Family -- they all perform except the babies who appear and look cute.
